When our founders Hubert and Leo lived in the US, they observed how homeowners had greater control over their wealth, with the ability to make large purchases flexibly and affordably using a HELOC.
They introduced it in the UK as a way for homeowners to enjoy similar benefits from the equity they’ve built up and use it to finance upgrades to their lifestyle.
